Hi Everybody!

Just wanted to drop in and say how excited I am to be a part of this fine community!  I have been smoking and grilling for some time now but I have started my own reverse flow build after seeing so many other smoker builds (pictures and progress in the RF forum).  Most of my backyard smoking has been done on a Traeger Lil Tex but I'm thinking of upgrading to a Yoder YS480.  Most of the larger cooks for family and friends will be on the RF smoker that I'm currently working on.  I'm looking forward to sharing my progress with everybody and learning a lot from everyone here!!

Cheers!

to SMF!  We are so glad you joined us!

If you didn't read the Terms of Service notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums. Rule #11......"Off Site Links are not allowed here at SMF" is something new. There are other simple guidelines for all of us to remember as we interact here.

If you need any help roaming around the forums....just holler!  Happy to help out!

Out in the county north of Charlotte, near Concord Mills and Charlotte Motor Speedway. Sounds like you're an experienced smoker, and I think you're going to love it here. These folks are great!
