Hey guys, I have been a member for a while, but haven't really posted anything lately. I have a few questions to ask about a smoker design that I am thinking about starting t owork on so I figure I would reintroduce myself.
I live in Santa Maria California. I have been using a Smoke Hollow cabinet water smoker for about a year and a half now. I am having a lot of fun with it and have whipped up some rally good Q. Pulled pork and tri-tip are my best and favorites so far. I have done some pretty creative fattys, which are an insane invention I might add. Still working of my baby back ribs. The last couple of times have kind of fallen apart on me. I guess I just need to practice a little more
