Hello everyone my name is Robbie, I have a Brinkmann Smoke n Pit that I bought last summer. This is my first smoker and I am still learning the ropes. I have been working with boston butts, then I plan on moving on to ribs, then brisket as I master each one.

I am really excited to have found this forum with all the great offerings and so much participation from the members. I bought the 5 day Ecourse PDF yesterday.
