Hello to all,

I been using this forum for a little while now and finally signed up.  This forum is so helpful with smoking ideas, equipment issues and mods.  I started out a few years pack smoking with my Weber Genesis with o.k. results, but being the type that is always searching for better I was talking to a couple of coworkers and they said they were happy with the MES.  So this past May I purchased they MES 40 and have smoked some good pork shoulders, tri-tip, chicken, venison backstrap and meatloaf.  I always felt the smoker didn't have enough smoke, so I did some searches and ordered the 5x8 A-MAZE-N.  That thing is AWESOME!!!!   My co-workers will be interested in this.   So after that it was on to my next issue rub and sauce.  I've bought/made many rubs from online recipes but never found one that I thought I was satisfied with until I stumbled upon Jeff's rub and bbq sauce.  Talk about money well spent.  So again I just wanted to drop a line and say thank you for having a great forum with so much info on recipes, smoking ideas and smoking equipment mods.  Hopefully in the future I can contributes some helpful ideas for someone else.
