Hello everyone! My name is Rich from Philadelphia PA area and I consider myself a BBQ lover. My fiancee and I are looking at moving up in the world of smoking meat. We've had a Brinkmann offset smoker for a couple years and now feel we are ready to move up in the ranks so to say. We both enjoy sitting out by the pool out back cause it's usually where our kids are anyway, so tending to the fire isn't a problem. We have looked at a couple of the Oklahoma Joes and also looked at the Old Country line. We just need to be pointed in the right direction I guess. We both really like the offset smokers and almost pulled the trigger on a Yoder Cheyenne. We also liked the Old Country Wrangler and the Over and Under. I would love to see more specs on the over and under if anyone has anything. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to SMF, Rich!

Can't help you with the specs.

Sounds like your doing your homework before buying your smoker.

Good luck!

Al
