I'm Corey from PA. I live outside of Harrisburg, PA. I've been smoking for about a year and a half. I started on my grill, then a brinkman upright charcoal to a MES 30. I've done many of the "core" items such as ribs, pork butts, lamb, turkeys, chicken parts, brisket, fish and shrimp.
Im in the experimental phase still working on getting my skill set higher. Like most people my schedule doesn't allow me to smoke as much as I'd like to but I'm getting better every time.
Most, if not all of my smoking info comes from this site.
It has made my progression into my family and friends favorite outdoor cook an easy journey.
