Hello everyone, I am David from Ohio. I am a Quality Control Inspector. I have been lurking on this site for a little while, decided to join today. Been smoking for a few years on a char griller offset smoker. Recently upgraded to a Smoke Vault 24.

Welcome from SC, David. It's good to have you on this great site. There are lots of really good folks here who are always eager to share their ideas and tips. All you have to do is ask and keep reading.

Just so you'll know, I don't want any quality control inspectors near my cooking. I've told my family that everything I'm doing is the best.

Good luck and keep on smokin', Joe

Thanks for the welcome Joe. I have been an inspector for 24 years. I know the difference between good and bad stuff including barbecue. I have my family convinced that you cannot buy cue as good as I can make it. I am always looking for ways to make my smoking even better. This looks like the best site on the Internet to help me achieve that. Thanks again.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a cloudy and warm day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
