I have smoked ribs with it on 2 occasions. So far so good but still leaning the unit.
Have read some interesting threads, tried to post earlier in this forum but cant find the thread and dont want to duplicate it.
I wanted to share my most recent smoke but will try again if the original thread doesn't appear. I have it copied so I dont have to retype it all again.
