I am very happy to have found this forum and have already purchased the rub and sauce.....I have been smoking for some time using the charcoal smoker brinkman and just purchased a kenmore propane smoker. I really like smoking but must admit I am not an expert. I do a pretty decent catfish and a good butt. I am here to learn and get much much better with all your help. Thanks
