Hello my name is Jason,

I just found this site and have not stopped looking since I got here. I just bought my first smoker last weekend and I am in the process of seasoning it now. I bought a char-griller with the side fire box from Lowes. Since I have never owned one I tried to find one that was in my price range which was not cheap but not professional either. It was fairly easy to put together and seems to be made of some decent metal.   Being located just out side Kansas City it seemed just not right not to own a smoker. So looking forward to all the tips I can get from you guys as well as recipes.
