New to the forum, my name is Larry. Have a small farm in west central MO, I have a welding shop here & do mechanical work also. Huntin,fishin,cuttin firewood build all sorts of things. yesterday I built a UDS & fired it up today & really enjoy it so far. Interested in some smokin recipes.
