Hi all, I just found this forum while looking for some ideas to build a smoker. I'm a big fan of bbq and I'm just getting into smoking meats and I believe this forum will be a great resource.

Currently I have an acorn kamado and a weber kettle grill. I live in Minnesota so I'm excited for spring to finally get here so I can some time smoking....I love eating BBQ, so I figured....why not try and learn how to make it?

Thanks.........josh
