Hi; Been on forum before getting info on smoking of course . Decided to try some new stuff so came back to read and post . Been smoking for a few years . Mostly just pork ribs . Got me a electric smoker to make things easier . Masterbuilt forget model but it has the round removable chip tray on the side . Works pretty well except for that lousy temp gauge . about 35 degrees off most of the time . I brew lots of beer because you jsut can't eat pork without a good ale .
