Hey guys, New to the forum but I've done a good bit of looking around on it before and figured I'd sign up. I live in central Ky and have gotten my first real smoker for Christmas from the fiancé this year. I've managed to do a lot on nothing more than grills so this thing should be pretty handy. I've done brisket, pork loins, ribs, beer can chickens, and one pork shoulder on it. I've got a big butt on right now! It's a Masterbuilt electric 30 stainless. I love it so far. Can't wait to learn some more from you guys.
