Been lurking on here for awhile, just wish I would have found it sooner.
All I have used for smokin is my weber grill, but it has turned out several nice pulled porks and one rack of ribs that was tuffer than boiled owl, did not know I needed to pull the membrane off the back side. I recently found a bullet smoker someone was going to throw in the scrap heap, I'm looking forward to trying it out someweekend..

Welcome aboard Mike. I just got on here a week ago and have already learned a bunch. We just did 5 fatties this past weekend and I am going to teach my neighbor how it's done friday night. You and I only live a few miles apart ( Aurelia ) Jump on in and get that smoke rolling.
