Hello from Iowa

Been lurking on here for awhile, just wish I would have found it sooner.
All I have used for smokin is my weber grill, but it has turned out several nice pulled porks and one rack of ribs that was tuffer than boiled owl, did not know I needed to pull the membrane off the back side. I recently found a bullet smoker someone was going to throw in the scrap heap, I'm looking forward to trying it out someweekend..

Hey Mike,

Another Hawk here. Enjoy the site. I did the same thing with my first rack of ribs. Felt pretty stupid watching my family gnaw on that wondering what I did wrong. Live and learn, right? But hey, my guess is you'll never do that again.
