Howdy all. I am new to the forum with lots of smokers, bbq's, grills, vintage webers, and a few Sazco cookers (also known as Casa Q). I bumped into this site looking for info on Sazco/Casa Q cookers. I have a large "Sultan" Sazco and two "Genie" cookers. I have used them often for cooking all kinds of meat. Tri-tip seems to be the fave around here. Here is a picture of the Sazcos that i have. The Electric Brinkmans are used for the tuna I catch with my friend out of San Diego. The vintage Webers are for offset chicken cooking. The vintage Weber Genesis 1 is for those quick hurry jobs and BBq veggies. Anyway, nice to be part of the crowd! Chris in Glendale CA
