Hello!
I've been a long fan of barbeque for as long as I can remember, and it is my all-time favorite food. Everything from brisket, to ribs, pulled pork and collard greens, I absolutely love it!

Last month I scratched off building a smoker from my bucket list (even though I'm only 21). I used a 55-gallon drum to make a 2-rack UDS and have been trying to cook as much as I can.

I'm still a novice to the act smoking, but I've made dozens of BBQ sauces ranging from molasses to coffee-infused and other goodies. Aside from BBQ, I cook a lot of soul-foods and other bad-for-you stuff. My diet these days doesn't allow much of it, but I still like cooking for others.

I look forward to learning more from you all!

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a cool and rainy looking day in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
