Hello from Chicago area

Hailing from the far western suburbs of Chicago, I come to the forum with level 1 smoking experience. Dabbling in it for years I decided to get serious to the world of smoking. I consider myself a decent gas / charcoal griller now it's time to play with the big boys and girls. I just purchased a Char-Broil CB American Gourmet Deluxe 700 Series. Very basic but only $165.00 from Walmart, $210.00 if you buy direct from Char-Broil. Ok, enough of me, looking forward to someday becoming a contributor.
