Hello from Chattanooga TN

Well I thougt me and my brother were the only people who couldn't sleep the night before smoking a piece of meat but obviously I was wrong.This is great!

Well Me and him have been smoking a few years and I recently switched from a chargriller to a gsmo(I think that's what you guys call it)and couldn't be happier.Well in the morning he'll be here at my house early in the A.M. with a seasalt,brownsugar,cranberry,apple,rosemary,and thyme brined turkey.(gotta love brothers!)We plan on beer canning it and basting with herb butter.Hope to post some pics tomorrow.Can't wait for ya'll to see my cast iron pig that should come standard issue to all lovers of smoked meat.
