Hey Everyone.
I have been looking around your site for a few weeks and finally got around to making my own account.
I have been smoking with my dad since I was little (mainly sausage) and have been doing my own stuff for about 5 years now. Mostly whole hogs for large parties, etc.
Starting my own 325 gallon RF build which I started a thread in the RF build section. I am eager to hear what the experts haev to say about my ideas.
I would say I am quite experienced when it comes to wood working, general building, & mechanical skills but am just now stepping into the world of metal fabrication. I have recently purchased a small wire feed welder and am quickly learning "neat welding". Growing up around farming, our only welding consisted of a stick welder "bubble gum" welding (as I call it) heavy metal farm machinery where appearence was not a concern.
I am here to learn whatever I can and offer my advice wherever possible.
Thanks.
Andrew
