Hello from Bama

Hello all,

 I am a 46 year old male from Gulf Shores, Alabama. I am a Construction company owner and avid cook. I enjoy feeding my friends and family not to mention watching Alabama football and drinking beer. I own a Oklahoma Joe's offset smoker. I am currently getting ready for my first competition cook and was looking for a forum that may be helpful with hints and suggestions that I may not have thought of.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
