I'm new to the smoking world. A friend actually gave me is old smoker and i love it. I have done some shoulders, a couple of pork loins, a turkey and a brisket. All have come out amazing. I have a Brinkman electric smoker. I love trying new rubs and recipes. Hope to get tips and tricks form you all. Thanks
