Hello SMF!

I'm Jad from Perth Australia, relatively new to smoking but have become addicted over the past 2 years after couple friends and I went thirds in a proQ bullet smoker.

About to start a build on a vertical reverse flow smoker and will be putting up some designs on the forums to get some advice and feedback from some more experienced BBQ builders.

Very excited and cant wait to take our BBQ to the next level!

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
