Hey everyone! My name is Nathan and I'm from North Alabama. I found this forum while looking at smokers...what a great place! I've been wanting to make some smoked sausages so I built an electric smoker out of a non-working kitchen oven. I finished it just the other day and smoked a brisket to try it out. I'm a newb when it comes to smoking but I found lots of great info here to help me with that first smoke, especially info about TBS. When I first fired up my smoker, I had tons of smoke going everywhere. I found SQWIB's thread on TBS and was able to instantly get a nice smoke going!
