Hello from a newe smoker from Milwaukee

Hey, folks - I'm a pretty new smoker from the SE Wisconsin area.  I got my first smoker, a charcoal bullet smoker, last Father's Day.  I've smoked about every other weekend since then.  I got an electric smoker this Christmas, and have only used it once.

I think I'm starting to get the hang of this, and have done great pork shoulder, pork spareribs, turkey and salmon.  I'm looking to do a 10 lb. pork loin tomorrow for the first time - wish me luck!

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
