Hey, folks - I'm a pretty new smoker from the SE Wisconsin area. I got my first smoker, a charcoal bullet smoker, last Father's Day. I've smoked about every other weekend since then. I got an electric smoker this Christmas, and have only used it once. I think I'm starting to get the hang of this, and have done great pork shoulder, pork spareribs, turkey and salmon. I'm looking to do a 10 lb. pork loin tomorrow for the first time - wish me luck!
