Hello to all,

I'm shouting from Atlanta, although i'm a Detroit native, and will probably return to my homeland pretty soon meaning i will have to trade in my shorts for shovels!

Anyways, the wife and I live in an Apt so we had to settle for an electric brinkman, although i'm sure thats probably not allowed either, but we will keep that on the down low.

I know my way around the kitchen and the grill, but i'm a Noob to the low and slow smoke process. So far i've smoked some BB's, Boneless Beef Ribs, Small Boston Butt, and some Chicken wings. Hopefully i can get some photos up soon! My fav part of this site is indeed the Qview!!

Welcome to SMF you will find lots of good info here. Be careful with the Qview it can be real bad for you. Bad after gaining all that weight from trying all the stuff you see and just have to try

You'll get tons of good info here, and like Pineywoods said, watch out for the Q-View... You might short out a few keyboards at first, but eventually you'll learn how to control the drool!
