Hi everyone! I'm from Aylesbury in England. Always been a fan of bbq but until last year knew nothing of smoking. I discovered the british bbq society forum on facebook and shortly after that country woodsmoke and have learned all about the bark arts! I have a landmann tennessee, a small stacker smoker and a homemade oil drum grill. Looking forward to learning more and sharing my successes and failures.
