Hello all, I live in northeastern Oklahoma, have my whole life. I enjoy fishing, hiking, cooking, and reading. New to smoking and grilling, only been doing this for about 1 year now. Long enough to gain an extra 10 lb's. I own a hand me down smoke n' grill and a hand me down kettle. I bought a Master Forge electric cabinet style smoker last year around Thanksgiving after a lucky night at the Creek Nation. Any advice for this electric smoker and brisket would be awesome!
