New to smoking but not to eating! My next door neighbor just bought a smoker and was using it the other day. I was mowing my yard and all I could smell was this Heavenly aroma. I almost went over and swiped his supper. I purchased my smoker (Brinkman) yesterday and put it through a dry run tonight just to get the "NEW" smell out of it. I put in some hickory chunks and I tell you I was ready to throw on some ribs!! I have been all over the web looking for rubs, sauce recipes and general info, then found this site. I think everything I need is right here. Can't wait to start out doing the neighbor!
