Hello everyone, I've been perusing thing forum for quite a while now and decided it was time to make an account! I have found a lot of great tips on this forum! My name is Nick I live in Illinois and am really fond of anything smoked. I owned a cheap charcoal smoker a few years ago but it always gave me problems staying at desired temps so I ended up pitching it. I came on to here seeking reviews of a good smoker to get that was easy to use. I ended up getting a MES 30" 2.5 gen Bluetooth smoker. So far I am loving it, I have only smoked chicken in it so far. I did some wings but a few days ago I did drummies and did a few of them lollipopped! They turned out great! I learned about the Lollipop style from this forum I'm looking forward to learning more and sharing my experiences with you guys!
