I started the new year off right by joining SMF this morning. I am in/from Northeast Ohio. I am a long time hunter and part time foodie...I bought myself a Smoke Hollow 4400 for Christmas.

As yet, it is still in the box in the garage (Grrr). I have become adept at making venison jerky in a dehydrator, and my friends and neighbors enjoy it with me, but I felt I needed to up my game.

I have lurked as a visitor looking for tips/tricks for a while. I know I will receive valuable knowledge from members and very much look forward to a fun time here.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
Happy smoken.
