Hello my name is Rob and I am a new member located here in Indianapolis. I am new to smoking and I have been doing it for a few months. I own two smokers, one I bought a Char-griller Duo with the side fire box and I was given an old Coleman smoker that resembles the Weber Smokey Mountain. I really enjoy smoking and I cook every weekend. I have included two pictures of food I have cooked lately.
