Hey all im new to the board and I love to smoke meat and process as much as i can. Ive had been working on this build for like a year but actually kicked my own butt to get it done. The Food Chamber is a 55 gallon Laquer Thinner Drum from my work so it is a great clean start for a drum. I bought the firebox from lowes so i didnt need the headache of buying supplies to make one. I welded the legs up and made a stand first so it cradled the drum then attached the drum . The Chimney is a 4" HVAC pipe and all was mainly hand made . Its currently doing a season burn so no pics of the inside but i plan to smoke ribs out of it tomorrow.
