I have been learning this art of bbq for the last few years. I am always looking for new recipes and techniques. I have a kamado from vision grills. This is what I'll be cooking on. I started with a trusty weber kettle and haven't look'd back. I cook for my family and friends, because no one has friends over to microwave.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a nice warm sunny day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
