Over a year ago I joined SMF and learned so much from just reading all the posts. I smoked a great brisket and shoulder for Labor Day w/ pics and before I was able to post them I had an accident. The last year has been hell w/ 3 surgeries, missed work, and alot of bills. It has sucked not being able to smoke much less spare $30.00 for a brisket.

Well I am back and want to be a contributing member of this great site! I use a modified Brinkman SNP but dream of having a much larger unit. I am smoking a ton of meat for the 4th so expect some q-view. I am smoking from every major meat group, which forum catagory should I use?

Thank you all for reading and sharing your knowledge.

Nate
