Just wanted to say and thanks for the add to the forum. Currently in Denton, TX. and just inherited my dad's old New Braunsfeks smoker. Going to get this thing ready to go and anxious to try it out. Never tried it before, so apologies in advance for rookie Q's I'm bound to ask!
