Heavy smoking this weekend

    Doing 4 butts tonight for the sqaudron picnic tomorrow then Im headed off to GA w/ my AL white sauce and homemade peach q sauce in tow. Going home to show the pops how it's done fir father's day.Hopefully the weather cooperates tonight, supposed to start thunderstping at 4 am. I'll have to work quick tonight. Oh, and I'm leaving the Sam Adams alone tonight so q-view will be on the way.

    You sure you'll still be able to cook without the Sam Adams? Ahhhh.... I see you must be swaping to that good coonass whiskey Jacque Daniels!

    You would be correct Sir, but the jack is for the sauce tonight not sipping. Can't mess this one up bc it's feeding the whole sqaudron.

    just got one pic of the finished product bc I didn't want open all of them so they would keep the heat after they were picked up but here's one. All positive feedback from the recipients this afternoon.

    Here's some that I pulled off for myself, I figured since it is for my command and I did spend all night cooking it I might as well enjoy some of it. Also, I really wanted to try some of the peach Q sauce I whipped up yesterday which was prwtty freaking good.
