I have not posted on this forum much lately, I have been reading but not posting, we started vending BBQ in May of last year.

We started vending after doing rib competitions for a few years, first we vended under two 10X10 canopies and a Lang 84 for a couple events and the converted a enclosed trailer and a FEC100 outside the trailer to vend with, we upgraded to a Ole Hickory CTO to hold more meat also

That worked good but we got tired of loading a hot smoker, from smoking overnight, then unloading at the vending site so this summer we upgraded and had a trailer custom built for us, the smoker is bolted to the porch so we can start the meat in our driveway and tow the trailer in the morning and setup quicker at an event

we have one more event this summer to do, unless we find more.

Hope we can get a SMF get together next year, I know we keep talking about it but we have to do it

Wow that is an pretty deadly set up!!!   Would love to hear what you have on the menu as well!!

We do pulled pork sandwich or a meal which includes a sandwich, our Cowboy Beans, chips and a pickle spear, also have brisket sandwich or a meal, 1/4, 1/2, or full rack of ribs in a meal, including Cowboy Beans and a pickle spear, they can also order just the Cowboy Beans, or our Smoked Mac & Cheese or our Cowboy Sundae, which is a bowl with our Cowboy beans, pulled pork on that topped with cole slaw and BBQ sauce and a pickle spear

congrats and good luck........nice lookin' rig and great simple menu.
