Did a 2.5 lb meatloaf yesterday. Took about 6 hrs to get it to 160, but I was fiddling and opening the door far too often. Only my second smoke. Tweaked the basting sauce just a little.

Did a fatty rolled in Jeff's rub recipe and half a dozen ABTs too. Dang, that was some good eating and the wife was loving the meatloaf. Don't think we'll be cooking it any other way again.

Maybe get some lake trout in there tomorrow. That was the reason I got the smoker in the first place, but I'm having so much fun trying other things first.

Meowey know's his meatloaf................I to have benifited by his recipe. So yes, hats off :D
