Hatch peppers! How do I smoke them on my MES??.????? Please help!

  1. Bought some hatch peppers today at store...are they good smoked? How long and what temp in the MES?

    Yep we smoke about 15 pounds every year. I like to cold smoke for a couple hours. If I hot smoke i try and keep the smoker around 200. Smoke for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. We vac pack them and freeze to use during the year.
