         Been a lurker on this site for a while, found the Fatties Thread and now I think I'm hooked. Cook almost everything on my Weber grills, but I do have a small Masterbuilt smoker for when I need more room. Hoping in the spring to build a smokehouse, 4' x 4' close to where the patio will go.

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
