I have a cooked honey ham I want to smoke up. What internal temp should I take it too? I am going to cool & slice for sammies after.

Thanks!

That sounds cool to me 165 or there abouts.

Just double checked on the ham temp and I was off by a few degrees, 160 would be ideal. Only 5 degrees different but as you know that can make the difference between dry and moist.
