I was walking through Walmart yesterday on the prowl for more BBQ gear when I had a great idea pop into my head. I picked up a 1 gallon garden sprayer (that you pump up to pressurize) to fill with apple juice and rum for spraying down my BBQ in the smoker every hour. With 140lbs of meat going on this weekend, it should definetly reduce the time I have to keep the doors opened for mopping.
