Grilled Smoked Sausage Sammies
Here’s another one I did while my Smoking Porch was still out of commission:
We like these “Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausages”.
Below is what I like to do with them.
This is some of what I gotta do until my Smoking Porch Upgrade is complete. It’s getting there!!

So here is my Temporary Grilling Place, while my Smoking & Grilling Front Porch is being Upgraded:

So I decided to Grill some “Smoked Beef Sausages”—One of my Favorite Store bought Sausages:

So onto the “Q” they go——Lots of Elbow Room at this Grilling area:

Just getting started:

Just about ready—Got my important cracks in them:

Now I’ll show you a little trick that I do with these Greasy Sausages:
I love fat as much as most, but these Sausages are the fattiest things we ever eat, so that is why I grill them until they get little cracks in their surfaces. Then I slide them off the plate, onto a couple Paper Towels. Note the Pool of Grease on the plate below:
See Next Picture:

Then I put a couple more Paper Towels on top of the Sausages, and roll them back and forth a few times, squeezing some of the excess fat onto the Towels. Much of the excess Grease is gone, but the Great Flavor is still there:

Here I put a bunch of Hot Pepper Rings in a bowl. Then I add the amount of Ketchup I want to use & Nuke this mix for about One Minute:

This is what I end up with——2 Smoked Sausage Sammies, with Hot Ketchup & Hot Peppers, and some Curly Fries on the side:
