Anyone have a good skirt steak marinade? I am tailgaiting on Sunday for a football game and was going to make skirt steak on the grill.

Also smoking some ABT's , chicken wings, and beans.

Thx.

Try marinading a small piece of skirt steak in Yoshida's original, if you like it, it's a go. I made some a few days ago, and the taste was good, not overbearing, and the meat was tender, Sometimes you just have give it a try before deciding. It's all good my friend.

try this:

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Pour over the staek in a pan or bag for 4-5 hours then grill to your liking!

Heck I would start with maybe some Worcestershire sauce and then while you have the cabinet opened look in and see what looks good. I do that all the time alittle of this and alittle of that and a bunch of this will make it taste yummO.
