  1. Hello all[IMG]
John Winkler here from Mesa Arizona-Land of the 365 day smokin' capital of the Southwest[IMG] I just bought a low end Walmart special Great Mountain Series gas propane smoker and have done 3 chickens and a rack of swine short ribs that the crowd at work RAVE about so I am on the way to "smokin' greatness"....with your help that is[IMG]

As my handle suggests I am retired military, the only branch I was not in since 1971 was the Coast Guard, I spent too much time in the Armored Cavalry and did not get a chance to try out the U.S.C.G.[IMG]

Anyway-When I am not at the range bustin' caps or workin' for the County, I am smokin' somethin' and I HATE cooking the same old thing so my long range goal is to smoke every type of meat known to man before this old trooper dies[IMG]

I'll see you in the threads and remember......stay safe
