Hello all, I want to say thanks for all the great info I've gotten here already.
I live near LaCrosse WI with my wife, 3 yr old daughter and another blessing on the way.
I'm new to smoking but I'm a welder with a shop and everything I need to build away. . . Kinda scary cuz I have to much on my plate already.
I've smoked 1 butt 2 weekends ago and a bunch of cs ribs last weekend with decent results thanks to Jeff and his newsletters and E-Course. Got plans for an overnight pork butt session next weekend for a family reunion. Gonna try some mods to my chargriller this week after learning so much from you guys in the past few days
Anyway, I look forward to learning much more and getting to know some of ya. May the one true God bless you all.
