Hello everyone,
I'm quite the novice when it comes to smoking meat. So far all I've done is brisket and salmon. I can't wait to pick up on the different tips and recipes on the forum. I have a couple good recipes to share myself.

Best wishes,

Welcome! If you can smoke a brisket and get it right. You will be able to cook anything there after. That's one cook that can go wrong pretty easy making the brisket dry or tough.
