I found this forum searching for new smoker recipes, and I'm glad I did! Outdoor cooking is a hobby and fascination of mine. I've been at it for a while and loving every minute of it. I own an old Brinkman Smokin' Pit vertical smoker, an XL Big Green Egg, a 22.5" Weber kettle, and a Charbroil gasser.. I'm looking forward to absorbing some of the wisdom here and trying out new things.
